This week marks the premiere of the new Team TaylorMade Podcast!
The Team TaylorMade Podcast takes you "inside the ropes" with the game’s greatest players, brightest minds, and biggest influencers. Throughout Season 1, you’ll hear from athletes, celebrities, and industry experts to learn more about life on Tour, find out what inspired TaylorMade’s latest technologies, and hear incredible stories from on and off the course.
New episodes will air weekly with a range of guests, including Jason Day, Jon Rahm, Rory McIlroy, Dustin Johnson, and more TaylorMade athletes (to be announced later this season). You'll also hear from our VP of Product Creation, Brian Bazzel, on the science behind Speed Injected Twist Face and celebrities like Teemu Selanne on what it's like to transition to golf after a hall of fame career in the NHL... and this is just the tip of the iceberg.
The Team TaylorMade Podcast will be hosted by our Director of Sports Marketing (and Tour putter guru), Chris Trott. "Trottie" spends much of his year on the TaylorMade Tour Truck working with the equipment of the game’s best players. Additionally, he manages one of the most off-the-wall (yet highly informative) Instagram channels in golf—be sure to follow him @TrottieGolfagram.
As the podcast host, Trottie will use his industry expertise, quick-witted humor, and passion for TaylorMade to drive podcast discussions into fun, informative directions that shine a light on the people who make up Team TaylorMade.
In this week's premiere episode of the Team TaylorMade Podcast, Jason Day discusses the importance of mental strength in golf, reflects on his playoff victory from last year's Farmers Insurance Open, and discusses the legacy of Spider Tour putters.
