I got an e-mail from support that they have an update to the watch ap that resolved the issue.  I installed the update and verifed I can now start a round.

Hey @Girevik, sorry I'm just seeing this now. I will reach out to the app developers directly and find out some answers for you (if you haven't already). I'll relay your problems to them and see if we can figure out a fix.

Hey guys, just got word that we have submitted approval for a new version of the myRoundPro app, and are waiting for it to be accepted onto Google Play and Samsung Galaxy store for you to download. So please be patient and once the new app is available for download, that should fix the problems you're facing currently.
